Nutrition

Your body is a temple, NOT a dumpster

Social media floods us with conflicting opinions on what’s “good” and “bad,” commercials glorify sugar as a miracle ingredient, and grocery stores push manipulative branding to sell specific products. Even the food pyramid we grew up obsessing over (I’m a millennial!) was completely off the mark.

The result? A population addicted to sugar, salt, and fat, with little clarity on how to properly fuel themselves.

Now, the go-to solutions seem to be weight-loss drugs like Ozempic or steroids for muscle growth—solutions peddled by the same companies that may have contributed to the obesity epidemic in the first place!

The Solution

ACTORS

For some, this is the beginning of a lifelong shift toward nourishing their bodies rather than eating out of habit or for entertainment. They snack less, focus on whole, single-ingredient foods, cook more, and feel healthier overall. These are our Actors.

For others, changing their eating habits feels overwhelming due to long-standing food addictions or unhealthy routines. And that’s okay! These are our Trackers. We don’t ask them to overhaul their diets immediately—instead, we start by having them track what they’re already eating in a nutrition app. This allows us to guide them on proper calorie and macronutrient intake without asking them to completely abandon familiar foods.

TRACKERS

Nutrition is a spectrum, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Our job as trainers is to adapt to YOU and what you’re ready for. There will always be some discomfort when making changes, but we’re here to make sure those changes are sustainable and stress-free!
